Gifted with uncommon creativity and a great vision, it is harly surprising that Eve Gravel is now considered to be one of Quebec's most promising, young fashion designers. At just 29 years of age, she heads Eve Gravel, the self-named label which has been attracting attention for 14 seasons now, thanks to a decidedly personal style that combines freshness, daring and flawless cuts.
After honing her skills for three years in the service of well-know designers Georges Levesque, Kevin Alwood (Nevik) and Kathleen Kovats, this graduate of the Richard Robinson Academy of Fashion in Ottawa headed for Europe in quest of new sources of inspiration and knowledge. It was then that the idea of establishing her own firm to market her vision of fashion first began to take shape.
Given her trademark determination, just month after her return, Eve Gravel founded Eve Gravel Design. Rather than pursue a single approach season after season, the designer chose to offer her growing clientèle collections that dress the uncompromising woman show knows who she is.
