- All products usually ship within 2 business days from date of order. Add the processing time to the shipping time below to determine when you should receive your package.
- Special orders may take up to 2 weeks. If you see something on the site that we are sold out of, send us an email. We may be able to custom make the item for you if you are willing to wait.

Cost: $9.00 CAD per order plus $1.50 CAD for each additional item

Shipping time: 6 - 8 business days - Items are delivered by mail. If no one is available to accept your package, then a card will be left informing you that your package is waiting to be picked up at the nearest Post office.

For more information on International shipping please email us at info@raiment.ca. Shipping prices depend on location. We ship worldwide. International Air Mail is priced at $35.00 CAD, this is an estimate. If an order is more expensive to ship than we reserve the right to ship it via regular post rather than air mail. The $35.00 CAD shipping quote includes 2 items. Each additional item is $4.00 CAD to ship. - International orders might be subject to additional custom charges and duties. These charges vary from country to country and are applied by the destination government. You are solely responsible for these charges.
- Exchanges & Credit
- We will be happy to exchange any item you are not happy with within 30 days. All returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit only, so long as the original tags are attached and the garment has not been altered or washed. We reserve the right to reject merchandise that does not come back in it's original condition or is not shipped in a timely matter. To be eligible for exchange the item must shipped back to us within 30 days. Items sent for exchange within 30 days postmarked will also be accepted. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (the buyer). We (the seller) will ship a new garment(s) at your request, or credit note within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Reshipping charges on exchanged items will apply. Please note, the only time we can provide a refund is if we’ve made an error with your order. We must be informed of your return or exchange by email before shipping so that we can send you proper ship-back instructions.

- NOTE: You must receive a return authorization number and get ship back instructions before sending articles back. Your return authorization number must be included with the return.
- All ship backs must be returned via your local postal system. Our return P.O. box and will not accept third party delivery services. We will not accept packages if there are any outstanding shipping charges and the package will be refused.
